CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES (CODE - CSE)

Candidates should be graduates with at least 2-3 years of working experience in an Airline or Travel Agency of repute in the areas of Tours Management,
Reservations, Fare Construction & Ticketing, Telephone Sales and Direct Customer Interaction with respect to Travel Products & Travel services. Candidates
with IATA/UFTAA (Standard/Advance) shall be preferred.

Fluency in any foreign language and working experience on Computerised Reservation and Ticketing Systems of an Airline/CRS will be an added advantage.
